Colour Republic Names Dawn Burrell New Chief Commercial Officer

We are pleased to share that Dawn Burrell has been promoted to the position of Chief Commercial Officer to lead the sales team while accelerating the company’s high-value strategic partnerships.

Dawn joined Colour Republic in the Fall of 2014 and has been supporting the company’s year over year double-digit growth since she joined. She is committed to improving the omnichannel floral experience for customers and suppliers. She reports to Remi Davalos, Colour Republic’s President & Co-Founder.

With over 25 years of sales and merchandising experience, Dawn has spent more than half her professional career within the floral industry. Her sales expertise began leading National Accounts for America’s largest retailers – Walmart and Sam’s Club. Consistently increasing profits and margins, while satisfying the needs of customers, Burrell’s proven leadership skills have taken many emerging businesses through major growth milestones. In addition to her strong account management and customer service skills, Dawn possesses strong forecasting and analytical skills. A motivated, reliable, and confident leader, she’s excited to steer Colour Republic’s sales team through this new phase of transformation.
